The workshop may be the starting point—but it’s not the end of your journey.

  • To secure your workshop reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total workshop cost is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the workshop date.

    Refunds for cancellations are available as follows:

    • More than 30 days prior to the workshop: Full refund of the remaining balance (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    • 15 to 30 days prior to the workshop: 50% refund of the remaining balance.

    • 14 days or less before the workshop: No refund available.

    All refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving a written cancellation request.
